Chocolate and Salted Peanut Cookies


Chocolate and salted peanuts together in a soft chewy cookie is a great combination. It’s an easy recipe to make and tastes great!

Makes 8-9 cookies



125g salted butter, room temperature 115g soft brown sugar
110g white sugar
1 medium egg

1 tsp vanilla extract
220g self tasing flour
170g dark Chocolate chips 100g salted peanuts


Here’s how:

Mix together both sugars and the room temperature butter until smooth and creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla, then continue mixing.
Sieve in the flour and add the chocolate chips and nuts to the mixture.

Stir together until it forms a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 100g portions and roll into balls. Place on a non stick baking tray.
Bake at 200c for 10-12 minutes.
